Someone who loves you.

In ROTJ, when Han is freed from his Carbonite prison, he experiences temporary blindness.

Han feels the face of his rescuer. Feeling a mask of someone he does not recognize, he asks, “Who are you?”

When the mask is removed, we see it is none other than Princess Leia, who responds, “someone who loves you.”

This moment was made possible because of the people in Han’s life that loved him.

We know that Lando went ahead of everyone and became a guard in Jabba’s palace. Then Luke sent his message to Jabba and gifted him the droids. The last piece was having Leia play the role of a bounty hunter to get Chewie into the palace as well.

All these actions were taken to save one person.

If we had a cure for cancer, AIDS, Alzheimer’s, or some other cursed disease, we would share it.

The deadliest disease known to humanity is sin.

Romans 3:23-24 states, “for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God, and are justified by His grace as

How can we share this gift today?
