Saloon Owner: Inquisitors. You hunt Jedi.
Grand Inquisitor: I would say the Jedi hunt themselves.
Obi-Wan: The fight is done. Stay hidden. Live a normal life.
Owen: I’m asking you to leave us alone, Ben.
Obi-Wan: We talked about this. When the time comes, he must be trained.
Owen: Like you trained his father?
Fifth Brother: We spent the last ten years looking for him.
Reva: Maybe you’ve been looking in the wrong places.
Cousin Niano Organa: You’re not one of us. You’re not even a real Organa.
Breha: You owe him an apology.
Leia: I’d rather be digested by a jakobeast.
Vect Nokru: Hello, Princess.
Leia: Help! Help me, please!
Bail: She’s headed for Daiyu.
Obi-Wan: I told you, I’m not the man you remember.
Bail: Please, old friend. For her. One last fight.
BEGIN EPISODE
[Indistinct chatter]
Attendant: No, no. I’m not gonna…
Attendant: Look, I don’t know what to tell you.
Attendant: If it says "Delayed," mine’s gonna say the same thing.
Attendant: I can do nothing about the weather on that planet.
Attendant: No, you know what? I…
Attendant: I really… I don’t have time for this. Just be going, okay?
Obi-Wan: Excuse me. I’m looking for a ship. I was tracking its signature.
Attendant: You’re in Daiyu now. All signals in or out are blocked. People like their secrets out here.
[Dramatic music playing]
Unknown: No!
[Grunts]
Unknown: Oh, stop.
[Indistinct chatter]
[Speaking in alien language]
Obi-Wan: If ever I needed guidance, Master, it’s now.
Clone Veteran: Spare any credits? Help a veteran get a warm meal.
[Coins jingling]
Male Stormtrooper: Out of the way.
Male Stormtrooper: Move it.
Female Stormtrooper: P, X, nine, eight, seven…
Male Stormtrooper: All right, come on. Break it up. Clear a path.
Tetha Grig: You want some spice, old man? I got Kessel pure, glitterstim, and Felucian. What do you need?
Obi-Wan: How about some information? I’m looking for my daughter. She was taken, and she’s on this planet.
Tetha Grig: Well, if she’s here, you’re never gonna see her again. Nobody leaves this place. I was someone’s daughter once, too.
Tetha Grig: Here. That one’s free. Couple more of those and you’ll forget she ever existed.
Jayco: You having trouble? There’s a Jedi. He helps people.
Obi-Wan: The Jedi are all gone.
Jayco: I’ll take you to him. For the right price.
Haja: It’s okay, you’re safe now. I won’t let anything happen to you.
[Warbles]
Haja: Spaceport passenger check. Gate 3-C, do you read? Over.
Male Contact: This is Gate 3. Copy. Who is this? This is a private channel.
Haja: This is a Jedi mind trick. Do not be alarmed. I’m inside your mind.
Male Contact: You’re inside my mind.
Haja: I’m sending a mother and son to your gate. You will let them through when they arrive.
Male Contact: I’ll let them through when they arrive.
Haja: They are to be given safe passage to Corellia.
Male Contact: They’ll be given safe passage to Corellia.
Haja: [Straining] I’m now leaving your mind.
[Grunts]
Mother: The Force is so strong with you.
Haja: Yeah, I know.
Haja: Use Gate 3-C.
Mother: Thank you for helping us, Haja.
Haja: Oh. The Jedi must protect their own. With your son’s abilities, they will come for him.
Haja: Get him safe.
Mother: Oh. It’s all there.
Haja: Oh, you didn’t have to.
Mother: Every credit. We will never forget you.
Haja: You must. My safety depends upon it.
Haja: Now, go. Go.
Haja: Be safe, little one. Be safe.
[Door closes]
[Beeps]
Haja: They’re on their way. I’m gonna take a quick break, okay? Call you in a little bit.
Male Contact: Roger that.
Obi-Wan: I’m looking for a Jedi.
Haja: How’d you get in here?
Obi-Wan: A girl has been kidnapped. I need your help to find her.
[Sighs]
Haja: I am Haja Estree, Jedi. I help all who are in need. In return, I ask only a few credits. The shadows are my realm, for the light is an unforgiving place for my kind.
Obi-Wan: Of course. How much?
Haja: Five hundred to locate the girl, another three hundred to take you to her.
Obi-Wan: Goodness, that light is unforgiving.
Haja: I mean, that’s a really good deal. Oh, make it a thousand, I’ll even show you some tricks. What do you know of the Force, my friend?
Obi-Wan: Just that it’s a lot of remotes and magnets.
Haja: Okay, I know how this looks.
Obi-Wan: It looks like you just took money from that family.
Haja: I got them safe. Just a little poorer.
Haja: You’re not gonna tell anyone, are you?
Obi-Wan: That depends on what you tell me.
Haja: What are you, a bounty hunter?
Obi-Wan: You’re a bottom-feeder, a rat who preys on weakness. But in my experience, rats know more about the sewers than anyone else.
Haja: So judgmental.
Obi-Wan: You’ll help me find this girl I’m looking for.
Haja: Yeah, I’ll do it.
Obi-Wan: You’ll help me?
Haja: Yeah.
Obi-Wan: Can I trust you?
Haja: Definitely.
Haja: All right, if it’s the sewers you want, there’s only one place to go. But you’ll never get in.
[Chatter in alien language]
[Tostonian speaking alien language]
[Chemicals bubbling]
[All clamoring]
Lab Worker: Hey. What are you doing back here?
Obi-Wan: Oh, I seem to have lost my way.
Lab Worker:[Scoffs] Yeah, well, get back to work.
Obi-Wan: Right.
[Grunting]
[Groans]
[Grunting]
Obi-Wan: Where’s the girl?
[Breathing heavily]
[Beeps]
Obi-Wan: Leia.
[Whispers] Leia.
[Grunting]
[Obi-Wan groans]
Vect: I didn’t know that Jedi could bleed. I’m surprised you fell for it.
[Chuckles]
Vect: I figured you’d be smarter than to risk everything for a spoiled little brat.
[Obi-Wan groans]
[Groaning]
[Grunts]
Vect: The Inquisitor really figured you out.She’ll be here soon. Then we’ll be rich and you’ll be dead.
Obi-Wan: Where is the girl? She must be close.
Vect: Doesn’t matter. You’re not getting out of here. You’re not a Jedi anymore, Kenobi. You’re just a man. And you’re bleeding all over my floor.
Obi-Wan:[Breathing heavily] Well, everybody bleeds.
[All coughing]
[Suspenseful music playing]
[Indistinct chatter in alien language]
Reva: Move.
[Crowd exclaiming]
[Beeps]
[Obi-Wan grunts]
Obi-Wan: Wait.
Leia: Let go of me!
Obi-Wan: Wait!
Leia: Let go!
Leia: Who are you?
Obi-Wan: Your father sent me. I’m here to help you.
Leia: Where’s the army?
Obi-Wan: Come. I’m gonna get you out of here.
Leia: Why should I trust you?
Obi-Wan: Would you rather stay here? Now, let’s go.
[Indistinct chatter]
Obi-Wan: Come on.
Obi-Wan: We don’t have much time.
Obi-Wan: Keep your head down.
Leia: This would’ve been easier with the army.
Obi-Wan: [Whispers] Shh. Quiet.
[Mumbling indistinctly]
[Mumbling in foreign language]
Reva: Where is he?
Obi-Wan: Come in here. We have to change.
Leia: Is that a…
Leia: You’re a Jedi?
Obi-Wan[Shushes] Quiet.
Leia: It’s just… you seem kind of old and beat up.
Obi-Wan: There is a port across the city. We need to make the last transport.
Leia: Okay, then let’s go.
Obi-Wan: Wait.
[Growls]
Obi-Wan: You have no idea what I’m risking being here, Your Highness. From now on, you’ll do exactly as you’re told, understand?
[Indistinct chatter]
Grand Inquisitor: You would kidnap an Imperial Senator’s child?
Reva: We’ve done worse.
Fifth Brother: You have no right.
Reva: I found a link between him and Organa in the archives.
Reva: I used the girl as bait.
Grand Inquisitor: And you did this without informing me?
Reva: You left me no choice.
Fifth Brother: She thinks she will gain favor by capturing Kenobi.
Grand Inquisitor: Whatever power you are craving, it will not change what you are.
Reva: And what is that?
Grand Inquisitor: The least of us.
Grand Inquisitor: You came to us from the gutter.
Grand Inquisitor: Your ability gave you station, but… all the power in the world can’t mask the stench beneath.
Reva: Maybe that stench is your failure.
Grand Inquisitor: Secure the city.
Grand Inquisitor: I will take Kenobi in myself.
Grand Inquisitor: You are no longer required, Sister.
Reva: I brought Kenobi here.
Grand Inquisitor: Stand down.
Grand Inquisitor: You will be dealt with when we return.
[Suspenseful music playing]
Reva: Send it across the city. I want every lowlife and bounty hunter on this planet to know Kenobi is here. They only report to me.
Vect Nokru: You really think those scum can catch a Jedi?
Reva: I don’t want them to catch him. I want them to squeeze him. He’ll reveal himself eventually, and I will be waiting.
[Beeps]
[Indistinct chatter]
[Grunts]
Obi-Wan: Come on.
Obi-Wan: Here, put this on.
Leia: Can I try this one instead?
Obi-Wan: Half the city is looking for you.
Obi-Wan: Put this on.
Obi-Wan: A little green cape. You don’t need those. And the gloves. Thank you.
Obi-Wan: Now, if anyone asks, we’re farmers from Tawl, and you’re my daughter.
Leia: Granddaughter, maybe.
Obi-Wan: What?
Leia: Nothing.
[Droids speaking indistinctly]
Leia: Where are we?
Obi-Wan: Daiyu.
Leia: This place is incredible.
Leia: Do you smell that?
Obi-Wan: Don’t smell anything. Don’t look at anything. Don’t touch anything.
Leia: You sound like my parents.
[Droid speaking]
Leia: Why aren’t you using your lightsaber? Maybe it’s because you’re not really a Jedi. I heard they all died. I read that Jedi can make things float. Make me float.
Obi-Wan: What?
Leia: I want to float.
Obi-Wan: No.
Leia: Because you can’t.
Obi-Wan: Because if I use the Force, then it’ll draw attention to us. Come on.
Leia: You haven’t even told me your name.
Obi-Wan: Ben.
Leia: It’s not a Jedi name.
Obi-Wan: Well, that’s my name. You’ll have to trust me eventually.
Leia: How can I trust you when I know you’re hiding something?
Leia: You think the less you say, the less you give away, but, really, it’s the opposite.
Obi-Wan: How old are you?
Leia: Ten.
Obi-Wan: You don’t sound like you’re ten.
Leia: Thank you.
Obi-Wan: Come on.
Jayco: We had him. Look at this reward.
Haja: Oh, that’s embarrassing.
Jayco: It says he’s with a girl. He’ll have half of the city on him now.
Haja: Let’s get to him first.
Obi-Wan: Come on.
Bounty Hunter: Wha… [Groans]
Leia: Who was…
Obi-Wan: He’s a bounty hunter.
Grand Inquisitor: Make sure the port is shut down.
Grand Inquisitor: I want a garrison here within the hour. And remember, this is no ordinary Jedi. Kenobi is the last ember of a dying age.
Grand Inquisitor: Extinguish him.
Fifth Brother: Consider it done.
[Man grunting]
Fourth Sister: There’s something you should see, Grand Inquisitor.
[Sighs]
Grand Inquisitor : Reva.
Obi-Wan: We’ll stay here for now.
Obi-Wan: No noise from that.
Leia: Her name’s Lola. And she won’t make any. She’s hurt.
Obi-Wan: Good.
Obi-Wan: What happened to her anyway?
Leia: She was ripped to pieces by kidnappers.
Leai: She’ll be all right, though. She’s strong.
Obi-Wan: I let your parents know you’re safe.
Obi-Wan: You’ll be back in the palace, back to normal, by nightfall.
Leia: Normal. Great.
Obi-Wan: Now who’s hiding something, Princess?
Leia: You don’t have to call me that. I’m just Leia.
[Device beeping]
Obi-Wan: Stay here.
[Continues beeping]
Leia: What is that?
Leia: Why is there a picture of you?
Leia: You did lie.
Obi-Wan: Leia…
Leia: That’s what you were hiding. You’re the reason I’m here. They took me to get to you.
Leia: Did my father even send you?
Obi-Wan: Of course he did. Leia, listen to…
Leia: How do I know you’re not the real kidnapper?
Obi-Wan: You have to trust me.
Leia: You aren’t a Jedi.
Obi-Wan: Your father is a very old friend.
Leia: I don’t believe you.
Obi-Wan: Leia.
Obi-Wan: Leia!
Obi-Wan: No!
[Indistinct chatter]
[Leia panting]
Obi-Wan: Wait!
[Continues panting]
[Panting]
[Grunts]
[Indistinct chatter continues]
[Screeches]
[Growls]
Bounty Hunter: It’s her. It’s the girl. Just tell us where he is.
[All clamoring]
[Grunts]
[Grunts]
Obi-Wan: Leia!
Leia: No!
Obi-Wan: Leia, wait! Stop!
Leia: Leave me alone.
[Suspenseful music playing]
[Grunting]
Obi-Wan: No. Wait!
Obi-Wan[Shouts] Leia!
Obi-Wan: Leia!
[Breathing heavily]
Obi-Wan: Leia!
[Breathes shakily]
Obi-Wan: Stop!
[Grunts]
[Laser shots in distance]
[Snarls]
[Obi-Wan grunts]
[Reva grunts]
[Obi-Wan shouting] Leia!
Obi-Wan: Stop, Leia!
Obi-Wan: Leia! Leia!
[Grunting and panting]
Obi-Wan: Wait!
[Growls]
Obi-Wan: Leia!
Obi-Wan: Leia!
[Pants]
Obi-Wan: Leia, don’t!
[Reva grunting]
[Growls]
Obi-Wan: Leia, no!
[Breathing shakily]
Obi-Wan: No! Leia, no!
[Grunts]
Obi-Wan: Hold on! Hold on tight!
[Whimpering] Ben!
Obi-Wan: Don’t let go, Leia.
Obi-Wan: Hold on tight.
Leia: Ben!
Obi-Wan: Leia! Leia, no!

Leia: Ben!
[Straining]
[Grunts]
[Whimpers softly]
[Grunts]
[Panting]
Passerby: She’s all right.
Obi-Wan: Are you all right?
[Pants]
Leia: You…You really are a Jedi.
Obi-Wan: We need to move.
[Obi-Wan panting]
Starport Announcer: All incoming and outgoing travel is canceled. Have identification ready for scanning.
Stormtrooper: Team five check-in. Team five.
Leia: Who are they?
Obi-Wan: Inquisitors. Many were Jedi who turned to the dark side.
Obi-Wan: Now, they hunt their own kind.
Leia: And this is all for you?
Leia: Who are you?
Obi-Wan: The bounty is on me. Let her go.
Haja: Listen carefully. The entire city’s locked down. It’s done. You need another exit.
Haja: It’s a cargo port. It’s fully automated. They won’t be looking for you there. Go to transport eight.
Obi-Wan: What are you saying?
Haja: It goes to Mapuzo. They’ll be waiting.
Obi-Wan: Who’ll be waiting?
Haja: There are people out there who can help you.
Obi-Wan: You expect me to trust you? You’re a criminal.
Haja: Look, have I made a few bad decisions? Sure. Do I feel bad about it? Sometimes. Do I like credits? Yeah.
Haja: So much stuff you can buy with credits.
Obi-Wan: Haja.
Haja: You remembered my name. [Chuckles]
Haja: I’m trying to make amends.
Haja: I got that family safe, and I’m gonna do the same for you. If I’d known what you were…
Obi-Wan: Doesn’t matter what I am. I just need to get the girl home.
Haja: Go to these coordinates. They’ll help you from there.
Obi-Wan: And how do I know this isn’t just a trap?
[Indistinct announcement over speaker]
Haja: What choice do you have?
Haja: You’re not alone, Obi-Wan.
Haja: Buy you as much time as I can.
Grand Inquisitor: I know she put a bounty on Kenobi. Where is he?
Vect Nokru: I don’t know!
Vect: I don’t… know. [Screams]
[Grunts]
[Screaming]
[Grunting]
Haja: Finally, we meet.
Haja: We both know why you’re here. I am Haja Estree. Jedi. You found me.
Haja: You’re as good as they say.
Reva: Get out of my way.
Haja: What’s the bounty on me now? A million? Two million? Doesn’t matter because you will not get it.
Reva: You’re no Jedi.
Reva: But you know where one is.
XXX: I’m the only Jedi around.
[Haja groans, gasps]
Reva: Where is he?
Haja[Groans] That wasn’t magnets, was it?
Reva: What did you ask? You know what? I’m not gonna answer it.
Reva: I don’t need you to.
[Breath trembling]
[Grunts]
[Breathing heavily]
Obi-Wan: We must be careful. This is a cargo port. It’s not meant for people.
Leia: Then they won’t look for us here.
Obi-Wan: Well, not unless it’s a setup.
Leia: Is it that hard to believe you might have friends?
Leia: Look, since I met you, I’ve been chased, shot at, I almost fell to my death, and now there are Inquisiting people after us.
Leia: If somebody is offering us help, I think we should take it.
Leia: Now, come on.
Leia: What now?
Obi-Wan[Smacks lips] Nothing, you just remind me of someone.
Obi-Wan: She was fearless, too. And stubborn.
Leia: I’m not stubborn.
Obi-Wan: Yes you are.
Leia: I’m not!
Leia: Was your friend a Jedi, too?
Obi-Wan: No, she was a leader. She died a long time ago.
Leia: Uh, I’m sorry.
Obi-Wan: Me, too.
[Door clanks]
Reva: [In sing-song voice] Obi-Wan…
Obi-Wan: Leia.If I don’t get back in time, go. I’ll be right behind you, I promise. Go!
Reva: I can feel you.
[Panting]
Reva: Your fear betrays you.
[Whirs]
Reva: You don’t have to worry.
Reva: You’re not going to die… today.
[Panting]
Reva: I’m just going to take you to him.
Reva: Lord Vader will be pleased.
Reva: You didn’t know.
Reva: He’s alive, Obi-Wan.
Reva: Anakin Skywalker is alive.
[Breathing heavily]
Reva: And he’s been looking for you for a long time.
Reva: And I will be the one to deliver you to him.
Grand Inquisitor: Third Sister! I can stand the reek of your ambition no longer.
Reva: I found him. We have him!
Grand Inquisitor: And I cannot risk you losing him again. Move aside. Watch and learn.
[Reva grunts]
[Grand inquisitor groaning]
Reva: Really think I’d let you take all the credit?
[Grand inquisitor grunts]
Reva: Who’s in the gutter now?
Reva: You can’t run, Obi-Wan!
Reva: You can’t escape him!
Reva: We will find you!
Reva: We will destroy you!
[Breathing shakily]
Leia: What is it?
Leia: Are you okay?
[Breathing heavily]
Obi-Wan: Anakin.
[Dramatic music playing]
